All have god complexes, but if Genm was Banno, he would have uploaded a cruel fail-safe into Parad by now to prevent him from betraying him. Or just to abuse him for the lolz. Then again, at this point Genm has beaten all of the hero riders legitimately, with his loss only coming about this episode because he stupidly pissed off his over-powered ally (who he chose to give that power, so that's a stupid villain move on his part).

I say Genm's more crazy, as Ryouma at least didn't give any pedo smiles. Plus he's made himself the head enemy, rather than the head human douche in the face of an otherworldy forest invasion.
