...or, you know something. I can't tell if the first sentence is actually saying that it's Kuroto transforming or if it's just mentioning Kuroto in the context of him making KRC. I'm dumb is all. I guess the only other bit of notable information is he can control time.

Huh, Chronos is more than just a name. Last year had Zyuoh Za Warudo, now KR gets the same thing
