There was an episode in the second season of Akibaranger involving extremely exaggerated caricatures of Power Rangers. It's not much of a crossover given it was between the "unofficial" Sentai and these two guys:

I mean, the fandom standbys for best are usually, at least in my experience:

- In Space for quality, serialized writing, and for wrapping up over half a decade of continuity in pretty memorable fashion.

- Time Force for quality, serialized writing, and for being an effective direct(ish) translation of what seems to be a likewise well regarded Sentai.

- RPM for being extremely different and unique, offering a take on PR that was simultaneously darker, more irreverent, and totally fresh.

And of course for the bad:

- Turbo for... well I think in light of more recent seasons a lot of the weight has been taken off Turbo's shoulders, but nonetheless, most people find it poorly written, between things like Sentai footage clashing with the tone and awkwardly replacing most of the cast partway through. Of course, nowadays I think you're pretty likely to hear "Turbo was crap, except for the second half with the new cast", so this really isn't as clear cut as it used to be.

- Wild Force for being an ineffective direct translation of a Sentai most seem to consider underwhelming in the first place. Also it had bad acting.

- Operation Overdrive for general incompetence.

- Super Megaforce for general incompetence that borders on actively flipping the audience off at times.

Personally, I don't have much of an attachment to In Space, and haven't seen more than a few random episodes of RPM, so Time Force gets my vote for best. As for worst, not having seen Operation Overdrive, I think it's Super Megaforce. I honestly can't imagine Overdrive being worse that SMF anyway. It's really kind of garbage, even though I also kind of like it.
