The episode would have been good without all the fart jokes and without Victor and Monty. They are totally irrelevant and they don't contribute anything, they are a cheap version of Bulk and Skull.

I'm starting to think that Nickelodeon might be the cause of some of these issues too. Have you seen the literal garbage on the network? Toilet humor and the most inane key-jingling "entertainment" are the norm.
