[Leo Novum]

I really want to like this show. Seriously, I do. But I'm already getting bad vibrations from the third episode even though this ones better than the first two.

I won't focus on the negatives because that has been covered already. Instead, let's look at the positives.

+ They have massaged to keep the space opera feeling still. Even if the fight took place on Generic Toku Beach, somehow, the illusion of fantasy.

+ SasoriOrange wasn't immediately recruited.

+ The stupid line by Lucky about giving up in revenge actually drew a chuckle from me. It was bad enough to be good in my opinion.

+ Raptor 238 has surprising depth. Frustrated Secretary robot who nonetheless is idealistic isn't anything groundbreaking but it feels so in Kyuuranger.

+ KyuuRenOh was already one of my favorite Sentai robots but this episode even gave us transforming enemy robot ship! Which also looked cool! Kyuuranger has the best robot fight scenes in my opinion.
