From that list, I would say Magiranger and Kyoryuger are probably the best watched shows. Magiranger's a pretty solid fantasy Sentai with some strong writing and great characters. Kyoryuger is very loud and in your face, but I think it's one of the few Sentai that manage to pull it off in such a fantastic manner. Jetman is also a great show to watch, probably the best on your list, but I don't know how comfortable you are with watching older shows - it's definitely one of the heavier Sentai to watch and has some pretty intense moments.
