I don't even think the Megazord dancing is a stupid idea. If it was like a bout of reflexive excitement or like it mimmicked the ranger's own impulses, but the stupid crotch gyration feels immature. If they'd done something classier it'd be fine, but every part of this movie I've seen makes the ranegrs look like unlikable idiots.

Or just take the helmets off. That always looks fine. I agree that especially with this design of the suits it's just... unappealing.

Why they would have their helmets open in battle is stupid anyway, and it also confirms my personal pet peve of the rangers not being in a single cockpit in Megazord mode. This movie is like every bad decision of PR mixed into one.

Having an opinion does not absolve you of criticism, or mean someone else is wrong or invalidated for not agreeing with you.

But the thing is, "critics" are also people with opinions. They are exactly as qualified as you if not moreso as they're job is usually to apply more critical thinking to movies. You don't have to agree with them of course, but tehre's a reason "critical reception" is respected above others.
