Finished last week all of the shows I was watching that season.

Konosuba had ended a little sooner, which is a shame. It's quite the fun show and binging through it to catch up halfway through its second season was pretty enjoyable. So I do wish there were more episodes. Especially since the light novels apparently still have a wealth of content left to get to. So hopefully we'll see a third season.

Masamune-kun's ending was pretty disappointing. A few episodes in it became obvious they were going slow (but faithful at least) with the adaptation so it wasn't going to go as far as I'd liked, but the ending they were leading to still would have been fine as an anime ending. Then they resolved that in the first couple of minutes and just wasted the rest of the episode with an incredibly slow karaoke game. Ugh. So there was no revenge of course (not that there really was going to be...), but they didn't even really hint at where anything might go from there. Sure there was the tease of a Paris trip that will probably become an OVA, but nothing's resolved in that arc. I dunno, it just felt like a weird note to leave off on.

Lastly... Naruto. It was a nice ending. Sure it didn't adapt the manga's epilogue, but we're getting the Boruto show soon anyway which I think starts before that. So we'll get to it. Plus the epilogue was pretty much just a bunch of pages of "LOOK! THESE PEOPLE HAD A KID. HEY CHECK OUT THEM OVER THERE. ALSO KID." Actually seeing the kids in much the same way we got to meet the main groups of Naruto as they started out will be much better IMO. Anyway, it ended at a pretty sensible point and I liked it.

For next season I'm prepared to watch:

Shingeki no Kyojin season 2
Boruto
Berserk

So not much again, and all sequels this time. Oh well, just more time to dig into my backlog. Been making progress on the One Piece movies and OVAs lately. Some of the older ones are pretty hard to track down heh.
