I displiked Turbo as kid because of the change of cast. I didn't connect to any of them and the change was super sudden and not build up properly at all. The switch to Turbo from Zeo also made no sense either.

Also Divatox was an incredibly lame villain. I was hoping for a return of Rita & Zedd as more of full time villains again.

But Turbo has a lot of things to love about it like the zords that were cool af, the evil Zords, General Havoc was simply amazing and it had the second best season finale ever.

Unfortunatelly it did too much damage compared to the good.

They should've honestly just saved money on the movie and use it to have more original stuff in the series, have them have a proper reason to switch to Turbo powers (maybe a back up powers created by Billy and Alpha in case of Zeo cristal running out of juice/getting destroyed) having a better villain cast and many more thing. If the series was handeled as well as the switch from Morphin era to Zeo I bet that Turbo would've been accepted much better overall.
