Why would the Bugsters do that, though? If Pallad is any indication of their overall philosophy, then Bugsters believe in fighting fair. Sure, they might clearly use their level advantage to overpower the Riders/Ride-Players, but it's still abiding by the rules of the game since their opponent has a means of fighting back and can still theoretically win (as seen with Nico and Hiiro's numerous victories over higher-leveled opponents). Swiping their gashat away is something that would fall under playing dirty and not following the rules, and that's one of the main points of contention between Pallad and Dan.
