Honestly though, what I really want is for those flowers to turn out to not to mean what they used to, though that's some extremely wishful thinking. I mean look at how much of that has already happened!

Though given we've still got like 20 episodes to go and next episode is apparently going to already have Hiiro musing about the prospect of bringing peeps back from the dead, I think it's just as likely it will only be temporary (likely with a nice heroic sacrifice on Kiriya's part) because "doctors can't save everyone" or whatever. Ex-Aid's all about jerking the viewer's emotions around, right?
