Oof...Well, personally I say watch all of Ex-Aid, W, Drive and Fourze but some standouts in particular
Ex-Aid 18: Great episode in terms of plot progression and NotWesker's an absolute joy to watch during this episode as he finally goes completely insane

Drive 19(?): The one with the Roidmude being a good guy because of anime. It not only was a funny episode with a Carranger reference, but to me, it sets up the future of the season with it's emotional impact

Kuuga 38(?): The second episode with the porcupine fucker. It shows how sadistic some enemies can be and it shows Brodai get mad. Very mad. The beatdown the Grongi got was not just satisfying, but also chilling as it was Brodai dealing it!

Blade's final episode. I don't want to say much, but it's easily the best ending the franchise has ever known, the stakes are high, the characters we all know and love were fantastic yet difficult to see in this horrible situation and that bittersweet ending. Oof, still hurts

There's a LOT more but I forget which episodes they were, like G3-X finally being useful, Accel Trial's debut, etc.
