I would argue the Kurokages were worse, they never seemed to be able to beat even minor Invess, while Ride Players seem to be able to handle the minor Bugster henchmen, with the bosses being out of their league.

Honestly my biggest issue with the Kurokages is that they didn't try as hard as Hase, who even against Zangetsu put up a decent show. Those mook versions just job to even base Invess.
