I don't think there will be a big change will happen. With Kuuga, we had no new Kamen Rider show in the 90's and Black RX was our last rider show for 11-12 years. So with Kuuga, I can see why they can they made Kuuga feel different from the Showa era shows.

Toei have been using the same Rider format for the last 10 years since Den-O, so I doubt we will see anything new in the next era.
