There's a difference though, Drive didn't debut with either the Handle-Ken or the Door-Ju. They made their entrance at a similar time as Type Wild and Type Technic respectively.

Now, I understand that they are not weapons of those forms exclusively, and I myself was a bit cranky at the time that they released them with the alternate forms, but it makes sense. Drive didn't get the weapons until later and he got each around the time as the respective alternate form, and they were mainly used with those forms at the time.

But Lazer always had his weapon from the very start, so I see no reason why the Figuart wouldn't include them.
