Just because they didn't show him agreeing to join Cronus doesn't mean he did it on a whim. Cronus has the Proto Gashats - the cards are in his hand. The fact that he can revive Kiriya under his control means he very likely has some kind of control over them and their data (and that's beyond the fact that there's nothing stopping him from destroying them).
Not only does that mean Saki, but everyone who got a game over.
