Caused both Amazon outbreaks, could have realistically done something about Chihiro eating Nanaha had he been around (perhaps helping him control his urges), got himself blinded, pushed Mamoru into well-intentioned extremist territory (which in turn caused tons of tragedy for Hiroki and Team X) and caused the doctor to turn into an Amazon, resulting in both his death and Iyu's, which is probably part of the reason for Captain Codeine's current detachment from anything and everything.
