Also Kabuto's wasn't an alternate ending either, but the canon beginning to the show - Kabuto is literally a time paradox.

Broadcast early? You mean in theaters? I think the tv will still have another ending since they're still filming. Movies like these always disrupt the continuity and retcon things.

Kabuto still provide a different ending with the destruction of the worms. Kiva and Os are the non-canon ones that doesn't provide any complete ending. Hibiki was a flashback that's canon too.
