There's an interesting interview article regarding the Digivolving Spirits line on the Tamashii website.

It's worth reading (Google translate is rough but does the job) since it features people who worked on Digimon Adventure and both the old and the new digivolving toys. Plus, it has some cool trivia. Like how Wargreymon's initial design came to be and how it lacked the Brave Shield on its back at first.

They also discussed the possibility of 02, Tamers and Frontier stuff in this new line and they are apparently open for anything. So I guess sales decide if it happens or not.

Picture-wise we get a new shot of Gabumon with Agumon and another teaser for Metalgarurumon. Plus some in hand pics, nothing noteworthy there though.





Also interesting is a shot of a Digivolving Spirits Wargreymon prototype, the silver parts are diecast.
