Sparda the only character development he got is the likes to cook food for the poor. Hammy all she got that that can matter now is that she is a ninja who does not easy bullshit methods to be the best like Lucky. These are still not enough, hell somehow Garu has gotten more development over the episodes to build the fact that he is Lucky's loyal dog. As for stinger I can understand the emo kid thing because he did just seem like Sasuke but they might change that now.
