[Dark Mercury]

So, Abaranger was one of the first Sentai seasons I ever watched, but I dropped it mostly due to the terrible bootleg subs (nearly incomprehensible and full of inaccuracies). Re-watching it now with Spanish subs (I'm sure there are decent English subs available, too, it's been over ten years), I love this show! I actually liked it even way back when, but now I can appreciate the story and characters in a whole different way.

Random things I love in the first few episodes:
- The opening song
- Dinosaurs and explosions
- The spikes in their suits and the way they move and scream, if I had watched this show as a kid I would have imitated them all the time.
- Asuka, the heart of the Abarangers!
- I didn't even remember Emiri being this delightful, she might become my favorite Pink (if she counts as a Ranger?)
- Yukito was always my favorite character and it looks like I still can't resist an antihero with a heart of gold.
