I have, I've also seen the same thing before with Hasbro, Marvel, DC and even Bandai themselves who's finally making a decent effort at marketing Gundam in the West again.

So when I see people ready to completely write off a show and brand because of one disappointing convention *and there are examples of this throughout this thread* I can safely say yes you are vastly overreacting and it is embarrassing considering the show has been through much worse in the past.

Eeeeeehhhhhhhhhh I have a nitpick about this. As a non PR fan I don't care all too much (though I'm planning on watching RPM with some friends) but your Capcom comparison isn't too good. Capcom was a laughing stock this E3 not only due to the demo of MvC:I being bad, not just due to some character models looking awful, but because of the Dragon Ball fighting game. And they held off Street Fighter V's Abigail for EVO to build up hype and, well, Capcom pretty much took a sledge hammer to the face considering the other EVO stuff, not to mention how SFV heavily underperformed and the company themselves aren't doing too gooc. Just Saying
