the idea so far is this:
midoriya- hero kid
bakugo- Neo-Spacian Flare Scarab
Uraraka -i couldn't find any hero/neo-spacian to match her
Iida- Destiny Hero - Dasher
Todoroki - a fusion of Elemental HERO Blazeman and Elemental HERO Ice Edge

for the pro heroes it would be:
Kamui Woods- Elemental HERO Woodsman
Endeavor- Elemental HERO Inferno

that's all i can think of off the top of my head
