Generally speaking, all the Movie Wars are considered canon. They usually serve as the epilogue for the last series, giving the audience a little bit of a taste of what happens to the characters after the show is over. The only one I know of that isn't canon is the OOO portion of Movie War Core, which aggressively went against the show's continuity. Even there, though, the W portion is absolutely canon to that show. I can't speak for the Drive/Ghost movie, though, because I haven't seen it yet (still can't bring myself to watch anything else with Ghost in it)

The Superhero Taisen movies are not canon because they are terrible clusterfucks of nonsense and stupidity.
