[Fish Sandwich]

I loved episode 6 even more than I usually love this show:

- I guess that means anytime Zero joins in the action the episode is above average? Pretty ironic considering how sure I was he'd drag the rest of the show down before he showed up. They even worked his fanfic-y traits of impossible coolness and hyper-competence into a plot point by having him indirectly ruin Geed's street cred. Brilliant!

- On which note, these pie charts are super meta. 37% of people hate Ultraman Geed? Come on, it's a good show!

- It was great seeing Reito be more than just comic relief so early on.

- The more I see of Riku the more I like him. It feels like there's a fair bit of nuance to him you don't usually get out of protagonists of his ilk. He's upbeat and heroic without coming off as boring or flat.

- The Geed Claw is pretty neat? I'm not entirely won over by it yet but it's certainly something unique. Honestly I mostly just don't get why it's largely blue if it isn't actually just Acro Smasher's weapon. Maybe it was going to be that (and a lot of the early promotional material only showed it that way iirc) but they changed it just far enough into production for the color to be locked in? Or something? It kind of speaks to the quality of this show so far that this is as close to a complaint as I can come.
