Surprised no one's made a wrestling thread already. Or I missed it and am blind. Which is entirely possible, so if it exists already go ahead and delete this.

I think I'm going to start with Asuka, the NXT Women's Champ. And my dream booking for how she jumps to the main roster.

It starts Saturday at NXT TakeOver Brooklyn II. Asuka and Ember will no doubt put on a classic, but during the match you show shots of Asuka looking almost bored. Not her usual grinning, show-off, self. See, shes been so dominant it's becoming routine. Don't oversell it. Just show glimpses. Hints. She wins, of course, but even as she celebrates her victory she still looks almost disgusted. And it continued on Wednesday on NXT when someone interviews her about it and she says how she expected more from Ember and the entire roster. Ember hears, of course, and says something along the lines of "I'll show you more. I'll show you enough to eclipse your entire career". Asuka fights along the way in non-title matches, wanting the roster to prove their worthy of even trying for the belt. One by one she decimates the female roster on NXT. Working their way towards the next Takeover before the Rumble. Asuka announces the roster has one final chance to impress the Empress of Tomorrow. Ember steps up and they put on another classic but Asuka still wins. It's a hard fought war so Ember continues looking strong, but Asuka wins. Afterward she holds up the belt.. and drops it unceremoniously to the ground. She takes no questions, says nothing, just walks to the back to her music so the last shot of her is of the belt on the ground with her leaving in the background. The next night during the Rumble have a woman's championship match. Midway through the match Asuka's music hits and she appears at the entrance in full Asuka mode. Fur coat, mask, all of it. Someone, probably the champ, takes advantage of the confusion for the easy pin on her challenger. And that's when Asuka removes her mask, smiling that devious grin again. The next night on Raw she appears first and walks out into the ring saying she came here for one reason. A challenge.

You make her champion at the next PPV, because she's Asuka. And everything goes good. Except Ember. See, Ember became champ with Asuka gone but she's angry too. She has to beat Asuka So here comes WrestleMania. Ember drops the belt because in her mind she's focused on Asuka not NXT. As Asuka defends her title on the go home edition of Raw the titan tron shows the moon eclipsing the sun. Asuka's distracted, she loses but not the title. The rematch for WrestleMania. And that's when it happens. She wins, of course, the titantron plays Ember's music and she debuts. Asuka wins her match but both women stare hard at each other. Starting chapter two of their war.
