With the exception of Hyper Kabuto, all of those guys are now up on Premium Bandai. They should be available from your middleman-service of choice soon, so keep an eye out! I'll list the accessories for convenience sake and add the official pictures as attachments.

Jugglus Juggler includes four sets of additional hands, his Serpent-Hearted Blade, a replacement chest and the Dark Ring.

Mechagodzilla comes with one set of extra hands, a laser beam effect, and a stand to hold said effect.

Last but not least, Para-DX has 3 sets of hands to swap and the Gashacon Parabragun which seems to transform on its own, so only one is included.
