I loved the arc in general and believe it should set a standard for how things occur in the future! The episode, on its own merits, had some issues. To be honest, it reminds me of when I saw the theatrical release of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Movie years ago and when it was over, I heard someone complain that it was essentially just one long, one big battle! This episode carries a very similar feeling, because the whole thing centers itself on defeating Drillion! His counterpart Nue had a reason behind his toolbox-like appearance, but Drillion doesn't and that does stick to me a bit because it makes little sense to have an extraterrestrial villain be based on human-style tools, but it's a small issue in the scheme of things. It seems a little too real and too serious for a kids show to incorporate how Mick was treated poorly by the Lion Galaxy and how it was once the home of his people and how they sold him into slavery! Granted, another nitpick, but that is extraordinarily adult there and delves into controversies modern society is still wrestling with! It does however show that Ninja Steel has a hint more depth than one might naturally imagine! We also see how Viera's armor became the new power-up, which was actually satisfying despite the differences from Ninninger! It was also a nice touch to see how the Lion Ship became a new Zord, illustrating how it wasn't a Zord to begin with! One of the better touches was how Viera orchestrated a video chat between Mick and his parents. It wasn't explained how they survived or what their conditions are, but it did show the background of the Lion Galaxy a little! One reviewer expressed displeasure with the first episode to mention the Lion Galaxy because of its weak naming, but I'm starting to care less and less because the elements we've seen of this place from two episodes alone are extraordinary enough to want more regardless of who or what names the blasted place! The themes of the previous episode didn't fully carry into this one, and Sarah seemed to more of a side character than anything, but given that both are meant to complement one another, you really have to look at them side-by-side to get the general meaning!

P.S.: Victor and Monty don't suffer any repercussions from last episode that we're aware of and are off doing something else that hinges on the production crew wasting money to make it happen! Just saying!
