Maybe? I figured the "Fiveman or some s***" remark would make it clear, but don't take the shows I listed there too seriously. The only real point I was making was how the Sentai fandom seems to change up its favorite punching bag every few years.

I don't think I've seen Gaoranger actually be called the worst, but the consensus seems to be that it's okay at best, which, coming off a straight decade of amazing shows, and right before cult classics like Hurricanger and Dekaranger (the "cult" part is arguable even), that always sounded like a huge insult to me.

Ninninger's mecha action in particular is actually another thing I love about it. The fact that every component of Shurikenjin got its own physical prop is just so cool to me in this age of CG Sentai mecha.
