Night Rogue though.

This is such a poor sculpt. I saw someone else say this, but it's true. He feels like an old Figuarts. Like something that would have come out around 2012 at the latest.



The horn is oversized. The visor is opaque. The neck pipes aren't the right shape. He's way too skinny, making the armor and other bits look completely ill-fitting. The way the leg looks around the knees is terrible. The shin armor is oversized, making it look like he has bell bottoms or something. The pull-down hips break up the sculpt in a really unappealing way, and it generally just looks like there's a lot of detail lost around the legs, with the little silver bolts that just did not translate to the figure. The ones right above the ankle are particularly egregious in just how they just randomly decided to overemphasize them and made them too big. One or two of these things would just be nitpick material, but all of it at once make it feel like something of a rush job.

It is really disappointing. Especially because when they make Blood Stalk (who is my favorite of the two) he's just going to use most of the same parts and share most of the same problems.

I can only hope he goes through some heavy refining before release, but who knows how realistic that is.

Anyway, Build preordered. He, at least, looks pretty good. No Drill Crusher is really inexcusable though.
