It's spotty as all get-out.

I could be waaay off on this, but I think Diamond does the Bandai America Distribution, which might contribute it being kinda weird.

I've yet to see any Legacy Space figures in the wild, but they must have been snapped up, as White and Yellow MMPR are all over.

That said, I spotted a Cat O' Clock this morning, so it's all kinds of odd.
