Would've bought him for the Belial-factor if he'd be a retail release but I don't care enough to pay the markup.

It's also not a very good looking figure to be honest, I noticed that when we saw the prototype but it's pretty wonky looking here too.

Actually, this one might be retail, I don't see the Web-Exclusive logo on his part of the page and the release date is March which is up next for the retail figures.
