Bare-bones? What extras do you think they were going to go do? I don't even recall the Japanese DVDs have any bonus features outside of a stupid non-canonical bonus episode on the final disc.

How can they put something that doesn't exist on there? Even if I'm wrong though, those bonus features still cost extra money and who knows if they were even allowed to license them.

What is wrong with the cover art though? It's using the artwork from the Region 2 DVD cases.

The price is just fine. $25 is pretty cheap for a 13/12 episode set of a more modern, niche market Toku series. Hell, that is cheaper than the Dragon Ball Super BDs that are $40 a piece for 13 episodes. Not to mention the Region 2 DVDs cost $45 and ranged from 2-4 episodes per volume with no subtitles on them.

On a personal level, if this is all we get, while that sucks, at least we got the best Garo series.
