I love the four monster armies in Metalder. The best part is that all the ones you see in the first episode are around for the long haul. Obviously most eventually have their moment to go up against the hero, but for a lot of them that's pretty far down the road and they're just there in the background for most of the series. It really makes them feel like more than just MotWs.
