It's exactly the same as all other 4" Power Rangers figures, except with 2 extra joints where the shoulder pads attachs. The shoulder pads can turn almost 90 degrees giving the arms plenty of clearance. The skirt is made of softer plastic and is a bit limiting, but not by a lot (Remember Gundam MSiA toys? Kind of like that).

Good figure and one of the highlights of the toyline. I just wish the line had bicep joints.
