The way the drawing will work is this:

- An eligible gallery is randomly selected
- In that thread, a random post is selected
- That winner is contacted and given 24 hours to respond
- - If they respond, they choose the prize package they wish, and the process repeats for the next winner (with a list of remaining prize packages available)
- - If they fail to respond in 24 hours, we repeat the process
- Once all winners have been selected and they've responded, we will do a front page post with the winners announcement and what they've won.

Items will then be shipped out over the course of the next 2 weeks. Last year we tried to simplify by sending everything to one staff member to send out. That didn't work and took MONTHS to conclude. This year, I personally have all the items and gathered them during the course of the contest (minus one which will be shipped from the contributor personally) which means I ship out four packages and that's it.

Shipping will include tracking and insurance. Once we ship it, we're no longer responsible for it. No "refunds", no item replacements, etc. So once it's shipped and you have the tracking info, be diligent in making sure the package can be obtained at the address you've given us.
