its true of anywhere faster shipping doesn't include processing time and the thing is some companies have other reasons they are late they won't tell you, in this case they probably couldn't find it. Ive had similar trouble with other places. What actually happened was they didn't look, your best option is make a fuss. No mean it seriously get angry and write them complaining about how they have given you a bad experience because they don't care about how well they did what they care about is either getting good comments or not getting bad comments. They just don't want to get in trouble and if you make a fuss who ever reads it generally gets things done to fix it.

I work in retail and ive had to talk to our customer support and when you deal with the same people and hear the same things you figure out the play book. Im serious there is a manual that their reading from. Its why the emails and such you get are all form letters which is im betting what they sent you, a default form letter that they use when ever this comes up.

When you get one complain and call them out on it i do it all the time and it gets results.
