yellow and pink were the girly girl
with the brains being the mentor who kept building their tech
and gold (riki) was the sixth man who's main priority is protecting his princess

though i like the story and the action its one the ones i like a lot out of the tokus but its something ive noticed in a lot of mid 93 sentais the characterization isn't as strong in later sentai series but then again i think it a product of the times so we can cut it some slack there

I don't really feel like cutting it TOO much slack considering it followed up Kakuranger, which nailed the characterization. The story was just okay by my standards too. I think giving it a rating of "decent" is plenty, haha.
