So I did a bit of thinking about the remaining non-Legend Rider related Best Matches which haven't been allocated a region, and I've come up with some interesting speculative ideas:

F1Saurus (Kyoryu [Dinosaur] × F1) & SameBike (Same [Shark] × Bike) will both be Pandora Box Matches (we have 2 unknown Seito Matches at the moment, so these 2 would make the most sense). However, because the CupEnergy (Kappumen [Cup Ramen] × Energy Drink) Best Match sounds too boring to be the movie-exclusive Best Match, and with SameBike being exclusive to the YouTube special, F1Saurus could also be the movie-exclusive form.

With this, CupEnergy could be a non-Pandora Box Match, but how it could appear could be through a Hyper Battle DVD; given that each Kamen Rider series has at least two of these, and with the first confirmed to feature the KumaTelevi Best Match from Hokuto, the second could be unique, and with its BestMatch not being from any region, it could appear here and only here, meaning that they may be artificial like the Faust Fullbottles.

BatEngine (Bat × Engine) & CrocodiCon (Crocodile × Rimokon [Remote Control]) will be non-Pandora Box Matches, and movie-exclusive Matches, as all four of the bottles that make up these two Best Matches are Faust Fullbottles, so they are artificial and could potentially be used by the Dark Rider, especially since Gentoku uses the Bat Fullbottle to transform into the villain (and Pseudo-Rider) Night Rogue, and a currently unknown person will be using the Crocodile Crack Fullbottle to become a new evil in-series Rider, Kamen Rider Rogue. In other words, the Dark Rider could make a Build Driver, steal these Fullbottles (potentially knowing that they make Best Matches) and use these to transform, with BatEngine being his main form and CrocodiCon being a second form. But of course, Gentoku and Rogue would get these Bottles back at the end of the film after Build defeats the Dark Rider.
