I still remember that. Disney never had full control of the PR series since it is co-own by Toei. Anything with PR has to be approve by Toei also. Toei didn't want a Power Rangers animated series because they make money from selling footage and suits to them.

I think Disney owning Star Wars and Marvel made fans want Disney to buy back PR. To me, it feels like "I want all of my Toys in the same Toy Box!". If Disney did get the rights back to PR, I doubt they will care much about it. They would put on another shitty time slot like they did before and barely market it.
