None of them except Ryu wanted their powers. And just because you "sign up for something" doesn't mean you'll always be ready to handle what you think you can. Just look at Build right now. Sento has been traumatized several times now and been reluctant to keep going.

Sorry, this Jetman hate still comes off as what's "in vogue" now, the popular show is now suddenly hated, just with a 25-year delay. I guess Inoue just isn't PC enough, in addition to being burnt out post-Faiz.
