I like the theory it would be using all sorts of call backs. Make one of the mechanical rangers an Alpha series. Have the Silver Ranger be from KO-35. Akibaranger didn't even have a traditional giant robot. Not to mention the anime hair helmets. And Red's powered up form...

And Toei would never, ever let them use it anyways. Toqger, sure. But remember Akibaranger isn't even counted among the official Super Sentai shows, and didn't it have a disclaimer to not let the kids know it existed? Yeah Toei isn't letting them get the footage.
