Fully expecting Rex from Xenoblade Chronicles 2 to be a playable character in this. It makes sense as Shulk was in the last game so I wouldn't be surprised if we have another from this series in the form of Rex. Also hoping that Zeke von Genbu makes it into the game as he's WAY too good a character not to be in Smash. A playable character would be a surprise but I wouldn't be surprised if he was an assist trophy.

Also hoping that the Mii Fighter remains in the game. In Smash 4 I had one of the largest collection of Mii Fighters that you could possibly have including all the original 6 Power Rangers, the 6 Gokaigers, Batman, Superman, Spiderman, Doctor Who (3 versions), Iron Man, Cloud (before it was revealed he actually was going to be in the game), Sephiroth, Harry Potter, Homer Simpson, Vladimir Putin, Boris Johnson, Reggie Fils-Aime, Shigeru Miyamoto, Chell, Commander Shepard, Professor Oak, Ash Ketchum, Mike Tyson, Dr. Eggman, Dr. Wily, Sora and Riku from Kingdom Hearts, Donkey from Shrek, Diglett... you know what, I took a few screenshots from Miiverse back in the day so I might as well just post them here since I saved them.
