Shout Factory is so far as I know the only ones where you can get Sentai streaming legally. They've also put up Ultraman Leo on their site. It's Shoutfactorytv.com For sentai they've got Zyuranger, Dairanger, Kakuranger, Ohranger, and Megaranger so far. They do run ads during them, but the amount is kinda inconsistant. We'd get two Longhorn Steakhouse ads per episode of Ohranger and for most of Megaranger. Last ten episodes of Megaranger and first 16 of Dairanger it's been one AAA ad every three. Oh and they've got a bunch of MST3K, possibly including the Godzilla and Gamera episodes. I've heard Crunchyroll has Ultraman shows, but as my friend I've been watching Toku with doesn't want to pay for another Streaming service right now, and my connection is not good for streaming. And he doesn't like the more shady sites, since he's worried about viruses from them.
Personally I'd advise watching through legit channels whenever you can. It makes it more likely to get us legit releases, and shows there's money to be made, which is the best motivator for the companies that make Toku. Because if nobody watches the legit, then Shout might not make enough money to tackle the rest, and at some point Toei and Tsubraya might still crack down on the illegal streams. I do know that Bandai does like Shout, as people who get into the series like to import merch, which makes them money. I got a friend into Sentai, and he loved Ohranger so much I bought him the DVD set for his birthday. And now he and another friend are eying the Minipla kits. They do an OhBlocker Minipla my one friend is buying that thing. And Shout has said they'd like to do as much Sentai as they can, including older series.
