Man, I was a little on the fence with Mad Rogue, but seeing the suit has changed my mind. It looks amazing.

I really hope Mad Rogue is Gentoku. It makes sense from a story standpoint considering the fact that it's been shown that Gentoku is willing to work with anyone to achieve his goals, and seeing as Evol is fighting against the Nanba forces, it would make sense if Gentoku joined him.

Also, it doesn't make much sense to me from a marketing standpoint to name one Kamen Rider "Mad Rogue" and the other Kamen Rider "Rogue." After all, they could have easily called Cronus "Chronicle Genm" and it would have still made sense from a story standpoint, but not for marketing. Plus, Utsumi has only been Night Rogue in one episode (in disguise) of the actual show and two parts of the Special episode. Considering the fact that Utsumi has also become Hellbros, I doubt that it means that Utsumi is the Night Rogue Representitive now. Then again, I'll probably be proven wrong.

On one more note, I've seen some people online state that Mad Rogue is Utsumi because of his glasses gesture in one of the pictures in the scan. Firstly, Mad Rogue's right hand is just open in front of his face, not really doing the "pushing up glasses" gesture. Secondly, Utsumi actually did the "pushing up glasses" gesture as Hellbros, and it was with his left hand and never had the "open hand" gesture in front of his face.

Again, I'll probably be proven wrong soon though.

EDIT: Also this
