Actually though, it makes me wonder if Utsumi and Gentoku have any relationship with Mars, as they both could handle the transteam gun, and Utsumi could even become Hellbros. Gentoku is also especially strange, given that he randomly could use the transteam gun, and has been highlighted throughout the series to have been majorly effected by the Pandora Box.

Now that I've gotten at least a day to think about it, I'm actually kind of happy that Utsumi might Mad Rogue if not for the fact that we might get more focus on him. So far, it feels like Build hasn't exactly know what to do with Utsumi after his "death". I mean, they played sympathetic angle with him supposedly regretting the choices he made in the scene before he "died". After that his characterization has been all over the place. He's now completely loyal to Nanba with the whole backstory that he was a Nanba Child which doesn't entirely gel with the scene earlier of him regretting his life choices. We've seen scenes of him enthusiastically exercising his higher position of power over Gentoku, an aspect of his personally which may have been hinted at earlier in the series but it came off more as dissatisfaction of his position rather then straight up envy.

Really the most consistent aspect about him is his intelligence, being only second to Sento as far as smartest character in Build. Which reminds me of what someone brought up as the potential origin of Mad Rogue's name. Mad Rogue i.e mad scientist.
