Actually though, it makes me wonder if Utsumi and Gentoku have any relationship with Mars, as they both could handle the transteam gun, and Utsumi could even become Hellbros. Gentoku is also especially strange, given that he randomly could use the transteam gun, and has been highlighted throughout the series to have been majorly effected by the Pandora Box.

The Transteam Gun was built by Katsuragi to help raise the Hazard Level of a Build Driver user. It has never, ever been stated or implied that you need a connection to Mars to use it - because you don't.

HellBro's is based off of BiKaiser from Heisei Generations Final, which was created by a friend of Katsuragi's. Also nothing to do with Mars.
