I would wager this is just like the former Disney deal, Saban transfers all their rights to Hasbro. Toei still retains all their rights to the Power Rangers brand just like they did with Disney. My real wonder is if PLEX will still design Power Ranger exclusive material.

First hurray for more media consolidation, that's just what the world needs... Also this isn't surprising it seems like Saban only wanted the brand back so it could be sold off again.

Hmmm... I wonder if Toei and their partners may start pushing other properties internationally.
