I am sure if they are willing they will return, but Magiranger for starters is missing Blue and Shine. Blue retired a while back and Shine retired and became an actual teacher having Kamen Rider Mach's actor Yu Inaba as a student.
As for Gekiranger only Red and Chopper remain active as actors. The other three have retired it seems.
Luckily Boukenger alumni still seem to be working as actors.
I would like to add though that even if some actors have retired doesn't mean the possibility is an absolute 0% as we have had instances where people who retired came back, such as some of the Zyuranger cast in Kyoryuger VS Go-Busters.
