With Hasbro acquiring the rights to Power Rangers, they could potentially do things with the show Saban could never afford and Disney never wanted to invest in. We are already seeing their influence with the announcement of GoBusters adaptation. It is known that the monster suits will deteriorate after two or three years. It’s been well over six years since the show’s debut. Saban would not have the money and resources to recreate those suits from scratch, but Hasbro does. Saban was likely going to go with Kyuranger and might have stuck with BoA if Saban Brands wouldn’t have sold to Hasbro (which I believe was planned ahead of the announcement of the toy licensing switch from BoA to Hasbro).
Hasbro could use their resources to sway Toei to create original teams, probably based on a Sentai team, like Korea did with Kyoryuger in Power Rangers Dino Force Brave. They could recon some seasons if they feel necessary. They could adapt pre-Zyuranger seasons with suits, modified zords, but without using any Sentai footage as age has rendered those seasons incompatible with modern filming techniques.
Hasbro could also invest in bigger crossover events. Cinematic outings that honors the entire series. And possibly could adapt more than one season at a time. They could do spin offs and expand into a complex multiverse that unites known and unexpected characters. The possibilities are endless. Not just with the show but the toys too. Nerf guns, board games, cross overs with other Hasbro toys, etc. The future is a blank canvas for Hasbro, and they just purchased 25+ of history and 43+ years of licensing history it has to paint with.
